Apepazza was born in Padua in 1983 from an idea of ​​Adriana, Claudio and Roberto Bagante. Raised in the footwear industry, his father had been involved in the shoe trade since 1953, in the early 1980s the three brothers at the time in their early twenties, revitalizing old warehouse inventories with accessories specially made by hand by a friend of costume jewelery, they put together the first collection of jewel shoes.

At first they were mostly espadrilles with embroidery, stones, pearls, rhinestones, sequins.

Lots of color and shine. More than a search for style, it was a fun game that later turned into a great passion. The accessories, from the beginning the emblem of the brand, were all handcrafted in Italy and assembled exclusively by hand, pair by pair.
