Ikona Ljubljana strives to deliver the ordered goods in the fastest possible way.
After the order is placed, we will check the stock of the ordered goods. If the item is in stock, we will prepare for delivery to the address in the shortest possible time.
If in case of unforeseen reasons, we will not be able to prepare the goods for delivery to the specified address, we will notify you via the contact information you provided when ordering. If there is no one available at the address you provided for delivery, the provider will contact you again and agree with you on a later date of delivery.
During weekends and holidays, the delivery time is extended accordingly.
Upon receipt of the ordered goods, by signing the delivery note, you undertake that you received the goods within the agreed time, that the goods are inspected, undamaged and without visible defects. Ikona Ljubljana will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time.
The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is Pošta Slovenije, but we reserve the right to choose another delivery service if is able to fulfill the order more efficiently. The calculation of shipping costs is of an informative nature. In the case of a surcharge, we will notify you via the provided email. You can also pick up the products in person at the Ikona Shopping House on Mestni trg 24, 1000 Ljubljana.
